We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 7 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached for exchange or store credit. Accessories, shoes, trunk show items, and sale items are final sale. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $12. Orders over $300 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.

Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
